Course Structure

• Each course includes 5–7 sessions, typically 20–30 minutes each.
• You can pause and resume at the end of any session.
• Sessions are timed per ADRE requirements, but you can learn at your own pace. Quizzes unlock once the required time has elapsed.

Compliance and Testing

All courses are approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) and include:

• Mid-Session Quizzes: Typically true/false format.
• End-of-Session Quizzes: Multiple choice, with an 80% passing score required.
• Unlimited Retakes: No additional charge for quiz retakes.

After completing all sessions, you’ll take a 25-question final exam (repeating prior quiz content) and must pass with at least 80%. Once passed, your certificate will be available instantly.

You’ll then enter your course date and number on the ADRE website to receive credit. While schools cannot upload certificates directly, we provide a direct link to streamline your renewal process.
