Student Attestation and ADRE Policies
Computer System Requirements
- Microsoft Windows (PC) based computers
- For security purposes and performance, always use updated browsers: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox
- Apple Macintosh (iOS X v10.7 or greater - Safari Browser 6.0.4 or greater)
- Apple iPad and Smartphones
- Android Tablets and Smartphones
- Adobe Reader Installed (used for PDF forms)
Some courses have materials (usually forms) you will need to
open in a new window or tab. You will be required to install on your computer Adobe Reader,
the industry standard for forms and online books. These are called PDF Files or
documents.
If this pdf document opens, it will read "PDF is working". If you get a blank window then you either don't have Adobe Acrobat installed or you have a 3rd party security program preventing you from opening pdf documents, in which case, you would need to adjust it so you can open pdf documents.

Policy
There is no charge to create a Student Account.
This gives you the ability to order courses from us. However,
once you order courses, there shall be no refunds of monies paid. All sales
of courses are final.
iRealtySchool.com has the right to substitute a course with the same ADRE category
if a course is discontinued by the school, preventing the student
from completing the course.
Time to
Complete Courses
A Student has 1 year to complete any course from the date of your credit card charge. Once a course has started, you have 30 days to complete that specific course.
After the expiration date of your course, the student's privileges to access that course shall
expire and your courses will be deleted from your account.
Once you complete your course and have been certified, you
will no longer have access to that course.
ADRE Verification Policy.
The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) has initiated a new policy that mandates the verification of identities for licensees enrolled in courses by uploading a current photo or camera shot. This is a simple process at the beginning of each course. Currently, this policy is not applicable to all courses; however, it is a requirement for some courses. Over time, the Department plans to
extend this identity verification requirement across all courses offered by every school.
Certificate
of Completion. Issued Immediately Online, upon completion of each course.
9 CREDIT HOURS PER DAY (MAX). The Arizona Department of Real Estate will not allow a student to take more than 3 courses per day (9 hours of credit).
Therefore, a student who completes 3 courses in a calendar day (regardless of the course Start Date) will not have access to their other courses until 12:00 a.m., which starts the next calendar day. You can only work on one course at a time, therefore, once you start a course, you must complete that course before you have access
to your other courses.
Upon the successful completion of any
course, you will receive a Certificate under your name, exactly as it appears
when you first created your student account. Your certificate will be available to you Immediately after passing
your final exam by clicking a link. It is the student's responsibility to then print the certificate from your computer.
We do not fax, mail or email certificates to students. If you need a replacement certificate at a later date, duplicate certificates
are also available online.
In your student account, accessible to
you with your username and password, you can access your course history and get
course names and dates of completion.
Scheduled Maintenance - Downtime
In order to ensure high availability and continuing
quality of service, our network infrastructure will be down for scheduled
maintenance on the following schedule:

Every Monday morning at 5:30 a.m. E.S.T. (which would be 2:30 a.m. - Arizona Time) to reboot the servers to install Windows Updates. This usually takes no longer than 5-15 minutes.
It should be noted that unavoidable (emergency) downtime can occur as a
result of hardware faults at almost any time. There can also be connectivity
issues across the internet that are beyond our control. Such events are rare, however when they do
occur, we will make every effort to resolve the fault as quickly as possible.
Please plan your work schedule accordingly and don't wait until the last
minute of the day to get a course completed for credit.
Conduct of
Student and Attestation
You agree not to share your username
and password and any course content with others, including, but not limited to
licensees. By receiving a Certificate of Completion, you hereby
acknowledge and attest that you will personally complete all courses without allowing
someone else to take any part of your courses.
